Update your profile and company details, add certifications and bank accounts, and invite and manage your team.

These seven short videos are for the factories and suppliers your brands invite to Amber. They cover creating your account, finding your way around the portal, answering quote requests, managing orders, reporting production, submitting packing lists, and setting up your company and team. Watch them in order, or jump to the one you need.

Good to know

Which bank account appears on purchase orders?

The one you mark as primary when you add or edit it.

How does a new teammate join?

Select Invite Member, enter their name, work email, and role. They get an email with a sign-in link.

Do I need to save company details?

No. Each field saves as soon as you leave it.

Settings is where you keep your profile, your company, your bank details, and your team.
On profile, update your name, language, and time zone.
Use upload to add a profile photo.
Under company, keep your company details current.
Upload your company logo here.
Company identity holds your name, short name, country, MID code, and website.
Each field saves as soon as you leave it.
Business details cover registration, tax ID, currency, lead time, and capacity.
Further down, add a certification from the list.
Pick one, like BSCI.
Then select 'Add Certification'.
Bank accounts holds the payout details you share with the brands you work with.
Select 'Add Bank Account'.
Fill in a label, the bank name, the beneficiary, and the account and SWIFT numbers.
Check this box to make it the primary account on purchase orders.
Then select Save.
Under Team, you see everyone in your company and their role.
Change a role from this menu.
Add a job title right in the table.
Use the trash icon to remove someone from the team.
To add a teammate, select Invite Member.
Enter their name and work email and choose a role.
Then select Invite Member.
They get an email with a sign-in link.
