Start packing, add cartons with one or more SKUs, correct saved cartons, and submit your packing list when the order is ready to ship.

They cover creating your account, finding your way around the portal, answering quote requests, managing orders, reporting production, submitting packing lists, and setting up your company and team. Good to know

Can one carton hold more than one SKU?

Yes. Select Add SKU inside the carton and enter the units for each one.

Can I fix a carton I already saved?

Yes. Saved cartons stay as a draft until you submit, so you can correct any of them and save again.

What happens when I submit the packing list?

The order moves to Ready to Ship and the brand can see your packing list.

Here is an order that is ready for packing.
The packing list shows every SKU with the units packed so far.
Cartons you saved earlier stay here as a draft.
You can correct any carton before you submit.
Here, the gross weight changes to 13 kilos.
Select "Save Packing List" to keep your changes.
When packing begins, select "Start Packing."
Add a note for the brand if you like.
Then select Confirm.
The status changes to Packing.
To pack the remaining units, select Add Carton.
Enter the gross weight of the carton.
Pick a SKU from the list.
Here, Basalt Grey in size XS.
Then, type the number of units.
Need another SKU in the same carton?
Select Add SKU.
Add size S the same way, with its units.
Every SKU now shows all of its units packed.
When everything is packed, select Submit Packing List.
The order moves to Ready to Ship, and the brand can see your packing list.
