Review a brand's terms, enter your prices, submit a counteroffer, and use comments to ask questions.

What does “Your turn” mean on a quote?

The brand is waiting for your prices.

Do I have to type a price for every size?

No. Type the price for the first size, then use the copy button to fill the other sizes in the same color.

Can I reply to the brand's emails about a quote?

Brand emails on a quote are read-only. Use comments to ask questions on the quote itself.

Quotes lists every request for a quote from your brands.
Each row shows the status, the due date, and your last bid.
To open a quote, select the arrow next to its code.
At the top are the brand's terms: due date, ship date, currency, Incoterms, and payment terms.
The brand's notes for you sit right next to them.
"Your turn" means the brand is waiting for your prices.
Open a product to see each size and its quantity.
Type your price for the first size.
Then use the copy button to fill the other sizes in the same color.
The total at the bottom updates as you go.
When every product has a price, select "Submit Counteroffer."
Review the totals, and check that each product is ready.
Then select "Submit Counteroffer" to send it to the brand.

To ask the brand a question, select "New" under Comments.
Type your message, then select "Send."
Select "Back" to return to all comments.
Open a comment to reply to it or to resolve it.
Once your question is answered, open the menu and select "Mark as Resolved."
Go back to see all comments, emails from the brand, and the activity timeline.
Brand emails about this quote are read-only, and the timeline records every step.
