They cover creating your account, finding your way around the portal, answering quote requests, managing orders, reporting production, submitting packing lists, and setting up your company and team. What if a line will ship short?

Tick Complete to close it anyway. The missing units still show as remaining.

Part of the order was made at another factory. How do I report it?

Report a separate production run, pick the origin factory, and add each item with the quantity made.

Can I change production after marking it complete?

Yes. You can reopen it if something needs to change.

Once an order is in production, you report your progress right on the order page.
The production section shows what was ordered, what you made, and what's left.
Open a product to see every color and size with the quantity made so far.
To report units made, type the new total in the Made box.
It saves on its own.
Made, remaining, and percent complete update right away.
If a line will ship short, Tick Complete to close it anyway.
The missing units still show as Remaining.
To check your numbers, open the item in the Items table to see produced quantities for every SKU.
Switch to By Option to see them by color and size.
If part of the order was made at a different factory, report a separate production run.
Pick the origin factory here.
Then add each item produced and the quantity made, and select Report Production Run to save it.
When everything is made, select "Mark Production Complete."
If you need to change something later, you can reopen it.
That's how you keep the brand up to date on production.
