In short: Amber uses only cookies that are necessary to run the website and the platform. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
1. On the Public Website
No analytics or advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are not enabled on amber.ai.
Language preference. The website is available in English only. It does not save a language preference or use your browser language to redirect you. An earlier version of the website saved a language preference named amber-locale in a cookie for up to one year and in local storage until cleared. Any remaining preference is ignored, and it contains neither your name nor your email address. You can clear it using the button below.
2. In the Amber Platform
When you sign in to Amber as a brand user or partner, Amber uses cookies and local storage that are necessary for the platform to work:
- Authentication. Keeping you signed in and verifying your identity, including when you sign in with Google or Microsoft or through an access link.
- Security. Protecting your session, preventing fraud, and detecting abusive traffic. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set security cookies for this purpose.
- Preferences. Remembering settings you choose in the platform, such as your selected workspace or view.
These cookies are required for the platform to function, so they cannot be switched off in Amber. They are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites.
3. Your Choices
You can manage or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block cookies that are necessary for the platform, you may not be able to sign in or use parts of Amber.
4. Changes
If we change the cookies we use, including if we ever enable analytics, we will update this page and, where required, add appropriate choices before doing so.
