Amber hosts Customer Data in the United States. We notify customers by email to their account's primary email address at least 30 days before a new Sub-processor begins processing Customer Data, as described in Section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum.
Suppliers, logistics providers, and other parties that a customer invites, and integrations a customer connects that are not listed below, are not Amber Sub-processors. Their processing is governed by the customer's own agreements with them.
