Open your first order from a brand's email, create your account, confirm your company details, and invite your team.

These seven short videos are for the factories and suppliers your brands invite to Amber. They cover creating your account, finding your way around the portal, answering quote requests, managing orders, reporting production, submitting packing lists, and setting up your company and team. Watch them in order, or jump to the one you need.

Good to know

Do I need an account to see a brand's order?

No. The link in the brand's email opens the order right away. Create an account when you want to join your company's workspace.

Why are my company details already filled in?

Amber uses the details your brand already has. Check them and fix anything that is wrong before you continue.

Do I have to invite my team during sign-up?

No. You can skip that step and invite teammates later from Settings.

When a brand sends you an order, the email includes a link to it.
The link opens the order right away, with no account needed.
To join your company's workspace, click "Create your account."
Enter your work email.
Accept the terms.
Then click "Continue with email."
We send you a verification link.
Open it from your inbox.
The link brings you back here to complete your profile.
Add your full name and mobile phone.
Then, set a password.
Click Continue.
Next, confirm your company.
Amber fills this in from the details your brand already has.
Fix anything that is wrong, then continue.
Last, invite your teammates.
Add a name, an email, and a role.
Send the invites now or skip this step for later.
You land right on your order, now as a member of your workspace.
