You will be Amber's bridge to the factory floor, helping suppliers in Vietnam, China, and India collaborate with brands through Amber instead of inboxes and spreadsheets.
What you'll do
- Onboard supplier networks onto the Amber portal across APAC manufacturing hubs.
- Translate factory workflows (sampling, inspections, shipping docs) into product configuration.
- Support quoting and order collaboration during critical production windows.
- Feed supplier-side friction back into the product roadmap with evidence.
- Represent Amber with manufacturing partners, on calls and on site.
What we look for
- Five or more years in sourcing, supply chain, or factory-side operations.
- Deep understanding of apparel or consumer goods production workflows.
- Experience introducing software or process change to manufacturing teams.
- Fluent English; Mandarin or Vietnamese strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel to partner factories regularly.
Nice to have
- An existing network of factories across APAC.
- Experience with freight, customs, or trade compliance.
- Time at a sourcing agency or brand liaison office.
