You will design the daily workspace of brand operators: dense, calm interfaces where a costing decision, a supplier conversation, and a freight booking all feel like one product.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design of core modules, from research through polished delivery.
- Turn complex operational workflows into interfaces that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Evolve the Amber design system with the engineers who build on it.
- Run discovery calls with operators and translate findings into design decisions.
- Prototype motion and micro-interactions that make dense data feel alive.
What we look for
- Five or more years designing complex software products, ideally B2B or data-heavy tools.
- A portfolio showing shipped work, systems thinking, and strong typography.
- Fluency in Figma and enough front-end literacy to design with real constraints.
- Experience pairing closely with engineering through delivery, not handoff.
- Portuguese and English working proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience designing tables, timelines, and workflow tools.
- Motion design chops: we care about how the product feels.
- Time spent in fashion, consumer goods, or supply chain.
